Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of the Terms
Access and use of the SafeBeach Baleares application is subject to full acceptance of these terms and conditions. By registering or using any functionality of the platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using the application.
2. User Registration and Data Protection
To use certain services and functionalities of the application, it is necessary to create a user account. During this process, you will be asked for personal data such as your first name, last name, country of residence, email address, and a password. This information will be securely stored in our database, in compliance with current data protection legislation (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR). Passwords are stored using high-security encryption and will never be visible, not even to the SafeBeach Baleares technical team. We commit not to share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
3. Purpose and Use of the Data
The personal data provided will be used exclusively for the provision and improvement of the service, as well as for statistical, technical, and administrative purposes. If you agree to receive communications, we may send you news, updates, or relevant information about SafeBeach Baleares. Under no circumstances will your data be sold, transferred, or rented to third parties without your explicit consent. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time.
4. Premium Services and Subscription
SafeBeach Baleares offers a freemium model: basic registration is free, but certain advanced features are available only to users with an active Premium subscription. This subscription is monthly and can be contracted after registration. Premium functionalities include: early access to news, personalized notifications by area, extended statistics, and priority support. The user can manage, modify, or cancel their subscription at any time from their profile.
5. Account Cancellation and Right to Deletion
The user has the right to cancel their account at any time. To do so, you can access your profile and select the account deletion option, or contact support at soporte@safebeach.app. Upon confirmation, all personal data will be deleted within a maximum period of 30 days. In the case of an active subscription, it will be automatically canceled. It is recommended to make a copy of any relevant data before proceeding with account deletion.
6. Responsible Use of the Application
The user agrees to use the application in a legal, ethical, and respectful manner, refraining from any behavior that could affect the proper functioning of the platform, harm other users, or compromise the security of the information. Automated or malicious use of the service, as well as the dissemination of illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content, is prohibited. SafeBeach Baleares reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time to adapt them to regulatory, technical, or commercial changes. Any modification will be notified to users through the application or by email, with sufficient prior notice. Continued use of the application after such changes will imply acceptance of the new terms.
8. Security and Service Availability
SafeBeach Baleares implements advanced security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of the data. However, continuous service availability is not guaranteed, and interruptions may occur due to maintenance tasks, technical issues, or force majeure. We are not responsible for any loss of information or functionalities during these periods.
9. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes that may arise from the use of the service, both parties expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
